Payer Fees Options

Player fees for the season may be paid in one of three options:

Option 1:

FULL PAYMENT OF PLAYER FEES:

• E-TRANSFER, Cheque, Online Payment Only (No Cash unless otherwise agreed about prior)

• Subject to 10% off full player fees

• Make Cheque out to MENA BASKETBALL FOUNDATION

Option 2:

50% / 25% / 25% Instalment Breakdown (3 month instalments):

• Three Payment instalments provided via three Post Dated Cheques.

• NO CASH INSTALMENTS or E-TRANSFER INSTALMENTS

• 50% paid of total fees to confirm team placement on month one.

• 25% paid of remaining fee amount on month two

• 25% paid of remaining fee amount on month three

• All three post dated cheques must be submitted for accounting purposes. 

• Please add GST to Totals

• Make Cheque out to MENA BASKETBALL FOUNDATION

Option 3:

Subscription based payments

• 12 month commitment

• Multiple programs

• Void cheque and/or Card information required

• Failure of payment on a monthly basis will result in removal of athlete with charge of full yearly fees upfront

   2 MENA House League
   1 Spring/Summer season with 60% off (payment of remaining fees due in the first month of Spring/ Summer Season)

2. $159/ month or $1908/ year
   Includes:
   2 MENA House League
   1 Club Spring/Summer Season season (uniform not included)

3. $225 /month or $2700/ year
   Includes
   3 MENA House League
   1 Club Spring/Summer Season (uniform Included)

4. $249/ month or $2988/ year Includes:

   2 MENA House League (Summer & Winter)
   2 Club Seasons (Spring & Fall) uniform included
